In these 3 days you will be completely immersed and exposed to your leadership. It will be confronting, inviting, encouraging & expanding. One that will have a direct effect in what you attract and lead with and who gets influenced by it. We will offer basic principles and practical tools to learn to be able to hold yourself, how to stay in integrity with yourself and how to do this when engaging with someone else or a group setting.

It is much more than a pratical course learning all the tips and tricks, you will be challenged in your values, the way you show up in life when not performing. Developing an inner sovereignty in your authenticity that will be life guiding and serve as an inner compass.

We believe that in order to be sufficient and effective as a leader and dealing with the dynamics of a group during an engagement, you first need to be able to hold space for yourself. This course will emphasise that internal process, which will then be extended to working with the other and finally the group settings.

We aim to empower you to find your own voice, style, and authentic way of guiding a group. You will be encouraged bring in your spirit, skills, talents, personal experiences and background, so that you can confidently lead in your own way, supported by tools that we offer. You will also be met with the parts of you that are refraining you from stepping into the expanded version of yourself.

After the course, you will have a real life experience of how you can facilitate yourself in different circumstances, how you can authentically connect with others and lead a group from the heart and with clarity & confidence. Displaying a set of experiences & skills that come authentically to you.
