Our Boxing classes are available to all levels of fitness and experience. Come join us on the Mat. Every session is closed off with live handpan and breath.
Boxing is a symbolic way how you position yourself in life. We'll learn the techniques needed and will also pay attention to what's needed to become a mindful warrior. We'll dedicate 30 min in total to check in (15 before, 15 after) and 1 hour to boxing. Be on time! We start 19:00 sharp, come before that. Strength is created and felt by meeting resistance. Resistance, is a right and healthy way to support your warrior archetype.
Boxing (All levels)
Men today spend much of their time in motion, yet rarely in true movement. We push through work, thoughts, and responsibilities, but often forget the simple power of presence: to feel, to respond, to stand grounded.
Our bi-weekly boxing sessions are an invitation to reconnect with that grounded presence; to embody strength, awareness, and purpose through mindful practice. Boxing becomes more than a sport; it’s a mirror. The way you face resistance in the ring is often the way you face it in life.
Each session revolves around our four pillars:
Peace — The ability to stay calm, focused, and clear under pressure.
Power — Strength born not from aggression, but from awareness and intention.
Purpose — Understanding why you fight, what you’re standing for, and how you show up.
Play — The lightness that reminds us to enjoy the process, even in challenge.
We begin each evening with a short check-in, a moment to arrive, breathe, and leave the day behind. Then we train for one hour, learning proper technique, footwork, and discipline. Afterwards, we close in reflection, grounding the physical in awareness. Often guided by Lucas and his Handpan
